You will be representing Simplify360 in India . You are responsible for Sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical closure” in complex solutions. You would be the physical representative of the company and hence be involved in defining its future strategy and growth in the region.

Job Description
  • Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in the country / Region
  • Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out product line.
  • Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
  • Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships.
  • Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
  • Contribute to the overall global success of our company.
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions to optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
  • Generate lead from the assigned market by reaching out to the prospective client, thereby building the funnel for sales.
  • Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
  • Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Key Account Sales Manager.
  • Prepares relevant product documentation and solution proposals when requested by the Sales Director or Customers.
  • Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
  • Provides training to customers when needed.
  • If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals.
  • Create Client specific sales presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with customer & offshore teams (process transition, migration and delivery) and develop implementation strategies.
  • Responsible for complete sign-off on all documents to be sent to the client.

  • Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas.
  • Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.
  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline via inbound leads, outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
  • Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account>
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Achieves team-assigned productivity, profitability quotas and product growth targets for the assigned geography.
  • Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the CEO directly.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the Director of Sales and account teams.
  • This position may be assigned to support a geography or one or more named account teams.

Environmental job requirements and working conditions :

  • This position includes outside travel to customers’ premises
  • The candidate will be operating out of shared-space office environment or from home, depending upon your region.
