Job Description
  1. Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
  2. Should able to handle End to End Recruitment
  3. Sourcing resumes through Job portals, other sources, head hunting and references
  4. Screening profiles according to the job specifications
  5. Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
  6. Coordination/ Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
  7. Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
  8. Ensuring training & certification is done as per norms
  9. Induction, Full and final Settlement
  10. Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
  11. Excellent communication skills
