  • Analyzing customer issue tickets
  • Opening ACLs
  • Installing BRM
  • E2E application set up
  • Providing required data to finance teams
  • Preparing operational scripts
  • Analyzing system failure issues
  • Reporting the issues to PD team for RCA's and code fixes
  • Documenting the SOP for doing data fixes/maintenance.
  • Weekend PROD support
  • Daily/Monthly recurring activities (Checkpoints clearing and Month end activities)
  • Creating new PROD/PRE-PROD environments GÇô Good to Have
  • Deployment in PROD and PRE-PROD environments & Sanity testing before releasing environment
