Job Description
  • 6-8 years of experience in Telco industry project management domain, with at least 4 years hands of experience in leading at least one of the project management aspects.
  • Experience with multi-years deployment programs (2-3 years of customer program)
  • Experience working on Telecom projects with good knowledge on BSS projects.
  • Full stack or multi-integration deployment projects involving other suppliers, partners but working as prime.
  • Ability to clearly monitor and report to senior management and Customers on project progress with respect to effort, cost and duration and key milestones.
  • Aligns project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. Prioritizes tasks and resolves issues/conflicts.
  • You have practical knowledge of design and development methodologies (Agile/Scrum; Waterfall), with experience of change management processes.
  • In-depth applied knowledge of standard program/project management concepts, practices and procedures
  • Ability to facilitate scope changes and prioritization.
  • Experience in agile methodologies is appreciated
