roven track record of architecting, designing and integrating Service Layer systems, solutions and services within 4G/LTE PCRF, EPC domains in order to realise Products and Marketing 4G voice and data service business requirements.
The candidate will lead the Service Layer aspects of the PCRF service; including solution architecture, functional & non-functional requirements capture and definition, high-level/low-level design, installation, platform integration, deployment, configuration, test verification/validation, capacity engineering and support Transfer To Operations (TTO).
Demonstrated experience of Architecting building solutions based on PCRF standalone or as part of larger BSS transformation as lead Architect solution architect Implementation
Having very strong experience in migration legacy PCRF solutions to Oracle PCRF stack Strong understanding and knowledge of charging and policy domain in various contexts 4G LTE 5G and IoT scenarios
The candidate will be required to liaise and work with cross functional delivery teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within both the internal organisation and external Customer organisations to enable the delivery of Service Layer design solutions
The candidate will need to bring experience of translating business use cases and end user experience requirements into technical requirements specifications for Vendors, End-to-End (E2E) architectural teams and lead technical workshops and support commercial negotiations with vendors during RFX activities.
The candidate should be able to provide Technical Design Authority 'steer' in order to contribute to the Strategy and future direction of Service Control/Service Layer initiatives within the 4G/LTE network.
The candidate shall support evaluation, delivery and test verification and validation of new software releases into the Service Layer/Service Control domain.
The candidate will play a key role in engaging on all projects based on their High Level Architectural (HLA) significance to provide the right architecture and governance oversight within the overall 4G/LTE PCRF deployment programme.
