Minimalist Approach Requirements HR Partner? We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they?re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. Job brief Entire Talent Acquisition techniques and process for the recruitment cycle. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
