Solution architecting experience on any standard COTS CRM solution – Siebel.
Manage & review the consistency & completeness of the Siebel solution architecture & engage with business & technical project managers to review & sign-off CRM/ Siebel solution architecture, HLD and LLD documents defined by SI partner & ensure compliance to RFP & business needs
The architect will own Siebel architecture and design, development and testing spread across onsite/offshore model with IT process standards
Proficient in Siebel Order Management , Siebel Product Configuration and Pricing concepts
Engineering knowledge in Oracle’s Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery” (RODOD) solution. In particular, Siebel CRM.
Ability to quickly assimilate technical knowledge from outside own area of expertise
working collaboratively with onshore and offshore development teams, and will advise senior management within the domain to help drive continuous improvement to Domain function and services and to shape Domain technical strategy
Siebel technical skills are a must to have:-
Scripting, Configuration, Workflows.
Order Management WFs, BS, signals, etc..
Workflow Policies and RCRs.
Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes
Strong Presentation skills
