Should be proficient in C/C++,Oracle SQL, Perl/Python, Unix & Unix shell scripting. (non-negotiable)
Should have experience of developing Comptel C and Perl Nodes (Collector/Distributor, Decoder/Encoder, Busines Logic, TimesTen Based Nodes) (non-negotiable)
Should have ability to understand customer requirement and translating them into business requirement documents based on that.
