Job Summary: 
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our organization as the Chief of Founders Office. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and strategic guidance to the founder, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient decision-making within the organization. In this role you’ll be required to shadow the founder’s roles and assist in all the tasks to be done for the startup. The individual in this role should be agile and open to learn new things and work for any aspect of the startup, be it marketing, sales, operations, etc.



Job Description

Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and goals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's mission and vision.
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Founders Office, coordinating with various departments and ensuring efficient execution of projects, tasks, and deliverables.
Communication Facilitation:
Serve as a liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear lines of communication, conveying key messages, and ensuring timely dissemination of information.
Decision Support: Provide valuable insights, analysis, and research to aid the founders in making informed decisions, evaluating risks, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Project Management: Manage special projects assigned by the founders, including planning, resource allocation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, partners, and industry influencers, to promote collaboration, support business development opportunities, and drive the founders' vision.
Founder Assistance: Assist the founder in accomplishing her daily milestones, while learning alongside.
Requirements:
Experience:
Recommended 1 to 3 years of experience in a supporting role, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Exceptional Organizational Skills:
Must be exceptional at organizing, and should participate in planning, organizing and documentation work daily.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely and effectively to various audiences.
Good with basic tech tools like Microsoft office and Office 365: Must be thorough on, Google Drive, Email, & WhatsApp. Must be willing to learn tools like Canva, ChatGPT, etc., if not yet familiar.
Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking abilities of translating vision into action, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving results.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, conducting research, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Relationship Management:
Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including founders, executives, investors, and partners.
Problem Solving: 
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and navigate complex situations.
