Experience in understanding the client requirements, business model. Exposed to handling Operations and development for billing system and has given L2 & L3 support in resolving the technical issues related to production systems.
Mange operations team, Liaise with the onshore/offshore team in order to understand the requirement, thereby bridging gaps if any and alerting on possible risks proactively
Must have ability to debug issues and find the root cause.
Participate user’s clarification sessions new features roll out on Billing systems.
Take charge of quality assurance for new features which are assigned. Report, manage and track requirements and functional changes.
Should have experience on MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration (new products/Bundles/offers/Balances … etc.)
Should have experience on MATRIXX engine Task processing (API) and Events processing
Should have experience on managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture
Should be expert on Mongo DB, JSON and BI
Should be able to develop SQL, PL/SQL and scripts for user/operations reporting
Should be familiar with TALEND or any ETL tool
