Job Description

Designation: Lead - Projects

Experience (years): 4+ yrs

Location: Hybrid / Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 9 am to 6pm

So, what will you be doing?

You will work with the core delivery team to manage projects bringing continuous improvement in service delivery by building efficient teams and systems facilitating cost savings.

We are looking for someone who can understand our business processes and achieve continuous service improvement within a short time. You should be able to capture and define project scope, analyse risks, implement change, and optimise delivery and cost to promote customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to explore and incorporate tech enabled solutions to streamline the existing systems. You will do extensive discussions on the projects with the delivery and legal team so that you can appreciate its lifecycle. Analysing the root cause of project problems and coming up with creative solutions would be your everyday forte. You will also take the time out to remain updated on the new happenings in the industry.

This is a multi-faceted role that draws on a diverse set of experiences, skills, and interests. We recognize that there are many paths to have acquired the skills needed to succeed in this role and welcome all applications even from non-traditional backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
  • Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
  • Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.

Authority

  • To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

Contract Staff

  • Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
  • Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.

Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Criteria

  • 3 to 8 years of previous project management experience with professional services – BPOs or LPOs
  • Team management and leadership skills to guide multiple teams on aspects of cost, quality, and service delivery.
  • Ability to track, monitor, analyse and visualize live project data and suggest knowledge-based decisions to the core delivery team.
  • Having a Lean, Six Sigma & COPC background would make you an ideal candidate.
  • Should have knowledge in project commercials such as resource & cost estimation, earned value analysis and burn rate calculation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate and manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress against plans, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and materials.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues early, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Skills in excel, PowerBi and G Suite workflow automations is an advantage.
  • Having a law background is preferred.
