Our Client is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive enterprise sales in the Finance and Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) sector. This role is pivotal to expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key enterprise clients, and delivering customized FAO solutions that address complex financial management needs. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in F&A services sales and a proven track record in managing large accounts and achieving ambitious sales targets.



Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to FAO services, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire high-value enterprise clients in need of finance and accounting outsourcing solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including CFOs, finance heads, and procurement teams.
  • Solution Selling: Clearly communicate Mynd's value proposition in FAO services, demonstrating how our solutions can address clients' unique challenges and improve operational efficiency.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in Finance and Accounting (F&A) services sales, specifically with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in F&A services sales (not F&A product sales) is essential.
  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven ability to engage with and sell to large-scale enterprise clients with complex financial requirements.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of finance and accounting functions, enabling effective solution design and client conversations.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Location Flexibility: Based in Gurugram, Sector 68, with the flexibility to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
