Job Description

This is a Work from Office job.

We are looking to hire a team player who understands Client Relationship and HR Terms and wants to be a part of a successful startup.

Job Responsibilities/ KRAs:

Operations

  1. Sourcing/ recruiting candidates from various job boards
  2. Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants/ colleges for placement.
  3. Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre onboardings
  4. Candidate Sourcing and onboarding for the organization

Support

  1. Client HR automation and onboarding
  2. Centralized client employee data management via:  HRStop.com
  3. Handling Payroll and compliance
  4. Client Onboarding and Adoption
  5. Client Grievance Handling

    Pay Package:

    • Internship (6 months): 72k stipend
    • Package: 2.5 - 3.5 LPA
    • Overview: Interns will gain valuable experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while contributing to our HR strategies.

    Selection Process:

    • Online Analytics Test
    • Online Language Proficiency Test (Candidates who get screened in the assessment above will only receive the link for this test)
    • Online Comprehension Test (Candidates who get screened in the assessment above will only receive the link for this test)
    • One on One Video HR Round 

    Both the in-person rounds will be conducted on the same day for shortlisted candidates. Results will be announced in a week's time.

    2. Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
    3. Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance
