Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Senior Solution Consultant to join our growing team, specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using the company’s platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing scalable workflows, and translating customer needs into comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDDs). You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients streamline their contracting processes and integrate seamlessly into their broader tech ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Translate customer requirements into detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs) to optimize CLM workflows on the company's platform
• Map existing customer tech landscapes to ensure seamless company’s platform integration.
• Design end-to-end automated contract workflows using best practices and system integration.
• Create comprehensive process flows, data mappings, and specs to drive successful implementation.
• Align technical configurations with business needs through close collaboration with delivery teams.
• Serve as a trusted CLM expert to ensure scalable and successful customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships from operational teams to C-level executives.
• Advocate for customer needs across Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategy and roadmap.
• Provide UAT, configuration, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recommend innovative improvements based on emerging tech trends and company’s platform updates.
• Proactively manage expectations and resolve implementation challenges with clear communication.

Contract Staff

• Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
• Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.

Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field.
• Brings 6–10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Business Analysis within SaaS or Legal Tech.
• Proven track record in designing enterprise CLM solutions and crafting detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Deep understanding of CLM processes, business process management, and enterprise system integration (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Well-versed with legal technology platforms, adding domain-specific value to client engagements.
• Strong technical grounding in SDLC, web technologies, and cloud-based SaaS platforms. • Skilled in API integrations and aligning solutions within complex tech ecosystems.
• Builds strong, long-term relationships with clients, focused on delivering measurable success.
• Adept at solving problems with a consultative, customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and organized, thriving in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
• Team player with a proactive approach and strong follow-through.
• Experienced in driving renewals, retention, and upsells in performance-based settings

Preferred:

• Certifications in CLM platforms or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience working in legal services or with law departments/legal ops.
• Knowledge of Gen AI use cases in contract management is a bonus.
