About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving our HR processes, systems, and daily administrative operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.


Skills: Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities Manage attendance, leaves, and time tracking systems Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies Coordinate benefits administration (PF, ESI, insurance, etc.) Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data for decision-making Assist in audits, policy implementation, and documentation Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
  • Familiarity with HR software systems (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, SAP, etc.)
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
