Job Description
Preparing Dialysis Business Report Analysis, Daily Stock Report analysis, Operational Requirement gathering, Operational process analysis, Minimise per dialysis consumables consumption and report generation.
To be in close contact with the entire center in charge and develop good professional relationship among all staff.
To address employee grievances of all the centers or issues rose by employees relating to salary, absence, duty hours or any other.
Defining staff duty roaster and delegating adequate responsibility to each staff.
Conducting monthly physical audits and ensure adherence to standard 360 degree audit check list so as to ensure zero mismatch.
Ensure adequate stock consumption based on actual treatment conducted and making center staff liable for misuse or differences.
Ensuring minimum wastage because of over use, improper storing or because of expiry.
Designing daily report format and circulating it among senior management to give daily update on business and issues.
Keeping track of daily performances and closing numbers at the end of each month.
Developing processes for new activities and implementing the same.
Ensuring maintenance of proper treatment record inside the clinic as per norms.
Understanding usage of software and implementing the same.
Ensure availability of adequate amount of stock at the center and planning as per reordering level.
Understanding agreement of each center and defining processes accordingly.
