• Deep knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereunder• Mastery of Secretarial Standards SS-1 and SS-2• Thorough understanding of SEBI (LODR), Takeover Code, Insider Trading Regulations• Proficiency in MCA21 V3 portal, SEBI Complainant Redressal System (SCORES), and NSE / BSE filing platforms• Working knowledge of FEMA, RBI Master Directions, and cross-border transaction structuring• Ability to draft Board resolutions, minutes, agreements, and statutory documents to a high standard
