Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing candidates from various job boards
  2. Screening candidates. Interview scheduling via our ATS
  3. Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants
  4. Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre onboardings
  5. Centralized Employee Data Management via our HCM: HRStop
  6. Handling Payroll and compliance basics
  7. Employee Grievance Handling basics
  8. Framing/ Implementing employee Performance evaluations and enhancement programs
