Job Description

Looking for sales/ business development professionals with 2-4 yrs of experience preferably with IT, HR/ Payroll Software, ERP products. Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills

  1. Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email
  2. Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
  3. Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
  4. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
  5. Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business HRStop.com.
  6. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

Interview Process:

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. Excellent communication skills in English/ Hindi, with a neutral accent. 
    2. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes. 
    3. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
    4. Should be customer oriented. 
    5. Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress, and while facing an irate customer and managing back to back calls
    6. 2 years of experience in core sales profile

    Good to have:

    1. Any Indian regional language
    2. Urdu/ Arabic
    3. Understanding of HR/ Payroll Indian/ Middle East softwares/ processes.
