User Experience (UX) Writer
GùÅ Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Psychology, Technical Writing, UX, HCI or equivalent practical experience
GùÅ A minimum of 5 years experience working on UX writing / copywriting for websites / SaaS / web applications
GùÅ Proven experience in working on copy/content standards for the above
GùÅ Experience partnering with designers, researchers, and product managers
GùÅ Fintech / B2B SaaS experience is a plus
GùÅ Marketing or content marketing background is a plus
GùÅ Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
GùÅ A motivated, self-starter attitude and excellent collaborative abilities
GùÅ Familiarity with Invision, Figma, version control tools like Git or Abstract, and Confluence preferred

GùÅ Standardize nomenclature, create a vocabulary and seek to create business rules for its usage across the plication and supporting documentation
GùÅ Ensure language is free of or otherwise compliant with regulatory and legal concerns
GùÅ Actively seek feedback from all levels in product, design, sales, support and most importantly from customers, and work to raise the bar
GùÅ Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to understand user pain points and craft clear, concise copy for a variety of surfaces (in-app content, notifications, on-boarding guide, product tours, error messages, promos, help guide, and more). You are required to write, edit, proof and document UX content as necessary, paying acute attention to detail
