We are looking for a Technical Manager Azure/AWS Cloud having 5+ years of experience to be responsible for leading aspects of new customer onboarding projects for the Azure and AWS cloud.
You will manage all phases of the customer journey from project initiation through closure.
You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and schedules are on track. Ideally, you have experience in managing complex cloud-based SaaS projects with deployment in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project deliverables and schedules
Partner with clients on onboarding projects that encompass platform deployment, application integration, security operations, and compliance engagement
Lead project kick-off meetings with new customers
Meeting with the project team to identify and resolve issues
Establish and maintain project stakeholder communication and support
Facilitate regular project status meetings and working sessions with the customer
Track and manage risks, action items, and decisions
Use appropriate project management tools and techniques
Manage multiple client-facing projects, simultaneously
Optimize project engagement processes and procedures
Job Skills:
5+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience within the IT project field.
Looking for a Tech PM who must have experience in handling IT Infrastructure consolidation projects to Cloud, DevOps practices & Application modernization.
Lead complex, high visibility initiatives, toward achieving critical IT-enabled business objectives
Strong infrastructure and application experience dealing with technical and/or data migrations
Develop in-depth understanding of business and technology goals in order to plan and execute effective integration strategy
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members across multiple simultaneous initiatives
Experienced in working with global delivery teams.
Manage task plans for technical architects, leads and offshore project resources.
Manage and maintain all aspects of the technical project team,
Experienced in understanding and documenting, technical dependencies and risks and communicating them to key stakeholders.
Experienced in producing high level project plans, detailed technical task plan, resource allocation and communication plans.
Experienced in producing documentation, running business go-no-go decision calls, lessons learned documents.
Experienced in ensuring transition is provided to steady state teams at the end of project.
In-depth practical knowledge of Atlassian Jira / Microsoft Project or other project scheduling tools required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, clear and concise oral and written communication
Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change
Managing cloud projects: 1 year (Preferred)
Technical project management: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification: PMP (Preferred)
