  • Completing the Hiring process within the defined TAT
  • Creating positive experience for Candidates and Business Stakeholder.
  • Conceptualize, Construct and drive process improvements/ Initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Full time MBA/PG in HR
  • 2-3 Years of HR experience.
  • Quick Joiners will be preferred.
  • Self-driven, Process oriented, Eye for Details and assertive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a system with internet connection.
