Job Description
  • To appoint franchisees in the region allotted.
  • To educate, motivate the franchisees of the company in the allotted region to grow the business.
  • To liaise and manage a robust network of doctors, laboratories and hospitals to generate business
  • To guide team members to align them with the strategy and monitor the progress
  • To periodically keep updated about product, company and industry developments and plans
  • To present weekly, monthly & quarterly review of the regions Performance & take progressive actions

-+ Good Understanding about the Diagnostic Industry

-+ Must have at least 4 - 7 years of prior managerial experience in Sales/Business Development/ Marketing with a strong leadership record of having handled teams
