├ÿ To manage one or more business models of Thyrocare
├ÿ Propose new strategies, review and execute existing strategies.
├ÿ Lead the team with adequate manpower maintained to drive related business.
├ÿ Achieve set targets of the business model.
├ÿ Monitoring and regular updates on the progress towards target achievement
Person Specification :
├ÿ Good communication skills
├ÿ Should have customer focus attitude and follow up skills
├ÿ Having worked for a health care service provider in a similar capacity will be a plus.
├ÿ Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 10 - 15 people.
├ÿ Good Analytical skills with ability to monitor details of data of client
├ÿ Ability and interest to understand geography
├ÿ Expertise with MS Excel, Power Point, Word
