Job Responsibilities


  1. Leading Revenue and Sales operations for Onnivation
  2. Proficient in working on CRM tools Salesforce
  3. Focused on continuous improvement of process to ensures smooth functioning of sales operations
  4. Identify process improvements within immediate scope that reduce workloads or improve quality.
  5. Work closely with sales team and help them with their day-to-day requirements regarding operations and ensured quick resolution to the queries
  6. Co-ordinating with Legal, AR, Tax, and different stakeholders as per the requirement
  7. Creating process docs and implemented for the operation function
  8. Plans for the day-to-day operational needs and reports for higher management and sales team
  9. Create and implement strategies to ensure that there is regular visibility of the business
  10. Coordinating with Legal, AR, Tax, and different stakeholders as per the requirement

Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related field/Masters degree will be an added advantage
  2. 5-6 years of experience
  3. Experience managing a team
  4. Certification course in MIS or related field
  5. Ability to train junior resources
  6. Knowledge of various MIS reporting tools
  7. Experience with a broad range of CRM Tools especially Salesforce
  8. Experience managing fleets of devices which includes mobile devices
  9. Assessing and deciding software and hardware for various applications
  10. Communication skills to clearly supervise and give clear feedback to colleagues and Management
  11. Organization goals to allocate resources effectively
