Looking for an HR personnel who will work closely with the CEO, VP Strategy and other people managers in the organisation to help drive the people agenda- to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Will also be responsible for providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
-+ Is adept in working on people data - Owns reporting, dashboards, planning trackers relevant to the business unit
-+ Owns performance management in line with business objectives (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
-+ Drives design, development, evaluation and monitoring of team training programs to ensure success
-+ Drives Manager capability building for the organisation
